As a Developmental Interventionist you will deliver individualized care using the DIR/Floortime model across home school clinic and community settings while working alongside a collaborative clinical team.

What Youll Do


Key Responsibilities as a Developmental Interventionist
Provide 1:1 DIR/Floortime intervention
Facilitate social emotional and developmental growth through play-based interactions
Implement individualized relationship-based activities tailored to each client
Support communication emotional regulation and social connection
Encourage independence self-expression and choice-making
Build strong relationships with clients and families
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Maintain a nurturing flexible and supportive environment

What Were Looking For


Developmental Interventionist Qualifications
Bachelors degree required (in a related field)
Passion for working with children and supporting developmental growth
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation required
1 year of experience in a related field

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DIR/Floortime ABA or early childhood development
Masters degree in a related field
Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences
