Position Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design develop and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs middleware and third-party tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations to ensure performance scalability and security.
- Create and manage workflows validation rules process builders and automation tools.
- Perform unit testing debugging and deployment of code using CI/CD practices.
- Provide technical documentation and support for end-users and administrators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Apex Visualforce SOQL SOSL and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs middleware tools like MuleSoft).
- Familiarity with Salesforce security data management and governance best practices.
- Salesforce Developer certification(s) (Platform Developer I/II) strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git Jenkins Copado).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and business workflows.
