Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Development and Alumni Engagement Student Liaison will carry out daily administrative duties of the division provide customer service to alumni donors students and potential future colonels and work closely with the Development and Alumni Engagement team as well as the Student Alumni Ambassador Advisors to plan organize promote execute and follow-up all alumni and philanthropic events.

Job Duties:

Daily administrative duties - answering/returning telephone calls greeting and serving visitors checking mail and voicemails on campus errands assisting Alumni Engagement staff members - (Essential)
Event planning - gathering preparing and organizing event materials event set-up event clean-up - (Essential)
Maintaining office organization purging and conducting inventory of promotional items - (Essential)
