Job Summary
The Detention Division supervises inmates that are sentenced or awaiting trial. They provide the essential day to day services for inmates handle transfers and other duties as directed by the Sheriff.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Age: 18
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: None
Must be able to pass a background check
Must successfully complete and exam by a physician and a psychologist
Must be able to become certified through the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy as a Peace Officer
Must successfully pass a physical assessment and written exam
Must possess a valid drivers license
