This role involves resolving hardware software and network issues managing device deployments and maintaining compliance with IT standards. Youll work closely with the Site IT Lead tackling complex issues and contributing to IT projects.

• Provide first-level IT support and exceptional customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues.
• Deploy and configure desktop laptop and mobile devices.
• Assist with endpoint administration and security initiatives.
• Support system maintenance audits and project tasks.
• Educate users on IT standards and practices.

• 0-3 years of desktop support or IT help desk experience.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems networking and Active Directory.
• Strong customer service and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures.

• Associate degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
• Experience supporting end users in a manufacturing or enterprise environment.
