Job Title: Desktop Support Technician - Level I

Location: New York - 10017

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Range: $25/hr - $30/hr

- Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

Need assistance for the next 2 3 months migrating users from one Microsoft tenant to a new tenant. This is a fully onsite role where you will support end users throughout the migration process.

Users will come to the support desk to have their devices migrated to the new tenant. You may also be expected to proactively walk the office floor check in with end users and provide assistance at their desks. A daily list of users scheduled for migration will be provided.

- Required Qualifications

  • Desktop Support experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience assisting with Microsoft tenant/email tenant migrations.
  • Experience downloading and configuring Microsoft Intune and signing users in.
  • Ability to troubleshoot password reset and authentication issues.
  • Ability to follow a documented migration process/script to move end-user computers to a new domain.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite support environment.
