Position Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- ABOUT THIS POSITION Currently there is one (1) 1st shift vacancy working on the End device team in Technology. This position will be responsible for providing end-user hardware and software support responding to helpdesk tickets providing support for Mobile device team and resolving complex tasks. Additionally this position will assist in the troubleshooting of audio/visual issues in conference rooms. Work schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday 8-5 pm. Alternate work schedules may be acceptable but not guaranteed. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Responding to helpdesk tickets in a large enterprise environmentWill procure and issue mobile phones to and troubleshooting cellular devices tablets and each mobile device into an MDM large conference room Audio/Visual device support including working understanding of mobile device audits related to mobile devices such as no usage hardware inventory in afterhours/weekends on call rotation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience providing technical support to end users in a fast-paced year of Active Directory device support with Remedy helpdesk with Microsoft IntuneExperience providing technical support for mobile applications in a with backup/restore software such as Samsung Smart Switch iTunes troubleshooting skills in desktop computer hardware and creating and improving technical documentation; documenting the systemspecifications and irregular hours second and/or third shifts weekends holidays and evenings isrequired to support 24x7 successful candidate must pass a Federal background the highest qualified will candidates will be must have excellent communication skills as they will be providing first andsecond level support to internal and external should be able to safely lift 50 possess and maintain a valid Arizona drivers license with a clean record.
