Job Summary
Design Systems Engineer
Seeking an experienced Design Systems Engineer to lead system integration and product development for axle driveline transfer case gear reducer and 4WD/AWD systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead vehicle systems integration architecture and interface management.
Coordinate CAD packaging design reviews and virtual validation.
Manage technical risks DFMEA/DRBFM and root cause investigations.
Drive engineering releases change management and prototype readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams suppliers manufacturing and validation.
Support cost reduction quality improvement and production launch.
Key Qualifications:
Experience in automotive systems engineering driveline axle or 4WD/AWD systems.
Knowledge of vehicle integration CAD packaging and validation.
Experience with DFMEA DRBFM durability and engineering change management.
Strong technical leadership problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
Required Skills:
axle driveline transfer case gear reducer and 4WD systems throughout the product development lifecycle. Acting as the key interface between the Chief Engineer organization Product Release Center
Required Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
