Must-Haves:

25 years of relevant engineering experience (preferred range discussed was 23 years)
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent)
Design Release Engineer Product Engineer or Component Engineer experience (not primarily CAD/design-focused roles)
Experience with fuel systems preferably:
Fuel tanks
Fuel delivery modules (FDMs)/fuel pumps
Urea/DEF tank systems
Understanding of APQP processes
Experience supporting product validation activities (DVP&R exposure preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to work with suppliers manufacturing validation labs program teams and quality organizations
Valid drivers license and ability to travel as required
