Overview: The RF Pallet Design Engineer will design and test high power RF pallets and modules for various commercial aerospace and defense applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Work in a multi-disciplinary team across multiple locations to develop single- and multi-stage RF pallets and module products.
Be responsible for designing simulating building and testing power amplifier pallets.
Work with product line managers to ensure customer specifications and timelines are met.
Collaborate with the device design team to optimize GaN high power amplifiers for customer specific applications.
Work with assembly team and product engineering team to ensure first prototypes meet manufacturability requirements and to transfer products to production.
Document characterize and release pallet products for high volume production.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in electrical engineer physics or similar field with minimum 3 years experience or Masters degree with minimum of 1 years of experience
Familiarity with RF circuit architecture and RF module system design
Experience in advanced high power RF measurements GaN power amplifiers mixed signal systems and/or power management circuits.
Familiarity with standard test equipment (network analyzer spectrum analyzer power meters etc.) and strong hands-on RF test skills.
Experience with EDA/ECAD tools such as Keysight ADS MWO Altium HFSS or similar simulations tools.
Familiarity with MCAD (Solidworks or AutoCAD) or thermal simulations a plus.
Experience with PCB layout and signal integrity analysis
