Nye County Nevada is currently accepting applications for the position of Deputy District Attorney. This FLSA exempt position is an excellent opportunity for a Nevada-licensed Attorney to represent the State of Nevada in prosecution of criminal cases including trials and appeals with the additional possibility of representing Nye County in a variety of civil matters if interested.
Nye County requires a pre-employment drug screen through a designated facility; employment is contingent upon successful completion of this process.
