The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) Long Range Radars department is seeking a Depot Execution Lead to support one or more AN/TPY2 this role you will provide innovative and reliable solutions to evolving depot requirements for both domestic customers and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) partners. You will report to the Upper Tier Missile Defense (UTMD) Deployment Fielding and Sustainment (DFS) IPT Lead and serve as the primary leader for all depot activities associated with the AN/TPY2 system. This position will be onsite in Woburn MA.

Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe Reliable Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus areas include but not limited to reliability sustainment logistics engineering field/operations support depot safety human systems engineering training technical manuals and product support.

What You Will Do

As the Depot Execution Lead for one or more AN/TPY2 programs you will be responsible for the leadership coordination and execution of all depotrelated activities including:

• Establish and manage OCONUS and CONUS depot capabilities for AN/TPY2 systems.
• Partner with depot technical SMEs to define and execute overarching depot strategy.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional engineering and logistics disciplines to support depot standup and sustainment.
• Track spares bench stock and all material deliverables supporting depot operations.
• Provide clear organized weekly depot status updates to the DFS IPT Program Office customer and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate SME support for technical troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Manage and report schedule and cost performance metrics in alignment with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements.
• Support internal and external program reviews financial reviews and customer engagements.
• Develop release and deliver Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items related to depot operations.
• Travel domestically or internationally as needed up to 10%.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in Program or Project Management Sustainment System Fielding Depot Logistics and/or Engineering.
• Experience in depot operations field returns and/and repair processes for military or industrial systems
• Experience with budget and/or financial management including Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar tools.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Proficiency in Raytheons Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) RTX Life Cycle Program Management (RLPM) or similar business processes.
• Demonstrated accountability consistency and flexibility when managing multiple competing priorities.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver on contractual commitments while supporting followon business opportunities.
• Experience in strategic development or contract capture within the Defense industry
• Experience supporting U.S. military radar sustainment programs.
• Ability to effectively interface with senior leadershipcustomers Raytheon leadership teammates and suppliers.

The salary range for this role is 107500 USD - 204500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
