Our established patient-centered dental practice in West Houston is seeking an front desk person to join our team full-time. We are looking for a detail-oriented compassionate person who values quality care and long-term patient relationships. The ability to temporarily help in back office as needed is a plus. We are a private practice and intend to keep it that way. We are an out-of-network / fee for service practice and do not accept DHMO insurance. Dr. Wallace is a general family and cosmetic dentist who also provides orthodontics and implants. We are located in the bustling Energy Corridor / Memorial area. We treat patients like family and we dont rush appointments. Wed love to meet you and show you what makes us different!
Key Responsibilities:

- Phone Skills.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Insurance Verification.
- Greeting Patients.
- Patient check out Collecting payments.
- Occasionally presenting treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Dental Assistant license a plus but not required.
- Front Office Experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team-oriented reliable and detail-focused.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive compensation: Fairly based on experience.

- No late evenings and no weekend schedule (Mon-Thur 6:45-3:00 Friday 7:00-12:00).
