Location: Newark Delaware (On-site)

Pay: Based on Experience

Schedule: Monday 10:40a-7pm Tuesday-Thursday 7:40am-5pm and Friday 7:40a-1pm

Duration: Temp-to-Hire Full-Time

Position Overview

Our client a well-established dental office in Newark DE is seeking a reliable friendly and Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping patients staying organized and being the welcoming face of a busy dental practice.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors warmly creating a positive first impression

Answer multi-line phones respond to inquiries and route calls appropriately

Schedule and confirm patient appointments using EagleSoft Software

Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures

Collect co-pays and process payments

Verify and update patient insurance information

Maintain a clean organized and inviting reception area

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and patient communication

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office policies

Skills

Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred

Proficiency with dental management software (e.g. Dentrix Eaglesoft or Open Dental) is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
