Position Summary
The Dental Clinical Lead plays a key leadership role within Compass Health Dental clinics providing day-to-day clinical guidance to dental staff while also offering hands-on clinical support as needed. This role helps ensure high-quality compassionate dental care smooth clinic operations and a supportive team environment that reflects our commitment to accessible strengths-based care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership oversight and mentorship to dental assistants and hygienists
- Support patient care through hands-on clinical assistance and patient education when needed
- Promote high standards of infection control safety and quality across dental operations
- Partner with the dental team to optimize workflows productivity and patient experience
- Assist with training onboarding and performance support for clinical staff
- Help ensure dental supplies equipment and treatment areas are well maintained and ready for care
- Foster a welcoming respectful environment for patients and team members
Requirements Skills Knowledge and Expertise
High School/GED required
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

- At least two (2) years similar work experience preferred
- A valid drivers license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
