As a Dental Call Center Representative at Chapa-De youll help patients access the dental care they need by providing exceptional service coordinating appointments verifying eligibility and connecting patients with the right resources and care teams.

Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM

Location: Grass Valley
Hourly Pay: $25.00 $26.00

What Youll Do:

. Manage high-volume incoming calls while providing prompt courteous and helpful support to dental patients
Accurately schedule appointments manage cancellations and help maximize appointment availability and patient access
Verify patient eligibility and insurance including Medi-Cal private insurance sliding scale programs and PRC
Document patient interactions accurately in the EHR and communicate patient needs to clinical and support teams
Conduct patient outreach and connect patients with resources to help them access and continue their dental care

What Youll Bring:

High school diploma GED or equivalent
At least 1 year of hands-on experience answering high-volume phone calls
Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to remain professional in stressful situations
Ability to multitask prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Dental setting experience dental terminology medical/dental eligibility experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred
