About the Role

We are expanding our Dental division and seeking a Dental Business Development Consultant to acquire new dental clients build strategic partnerships and drive growth. This commissiononly role is ideal for a driven relationshipfocused professional who understands the dental industry and excels at converting opportunities into longterm clients.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a portfolio of dental practices DSOs and specialty clinics Identify and convert new business opportunities within the dental sector Conduct outreach and present FenixHires recruitment solutions Strengthen brand presence across general dentistry and dental specialties Partner with internal recruiters to support successful placements Provide insights on hiring trends compensation and market demand in dentistry Represent FenixHire with professionalism urgency and confidence

Qualifications

Experience in dental business development dental sales staffing/recruitment or healthcare sales Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets Comfortable with outreach negotiation and closing deals Organized selfmotivated and able to manage multiple pipelines Thrives in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment

Compensation Commission Only

Unlimited commission potential Biannual performance bonuses Recommended earnings range: $60000 $120000 annually (based on performance) Fully remote with flexible schedule High autonomy and direct impact on company growth
