Reporting to our Billing Manager youll help ensure our billing operations run smoothly and compliantly because behind every clean claim is a patient who deserves care without delay.

What Youll Do
Billing & Claims Management

• Accurately enter patient data CDT/ICD-10 codes and billing info
• Submit claims to Medicare Medicaid private insurers and PACE programs

Compliance & Documentation

• Keep records clean and compliant with HIPAA and payer guidelines
• Work closely with internal teams to support documentation accuracy

What You Bring

• Proven experience in dental billing (bonus if youve worked with Medicare/Medicaid or PACE)
• Solid knowledge of CDT ICD-10 and electronic billing systems
• A sharp eye for detail excellent follow-through and great communication skills
• Proficiency in billing tools and systems
• Passion for helping underserved communities get the care they deserve
