As an Dental Assistant youll play an important role in creating confident smiles while supporting our orthodontists and providing an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the orthodontist during patient treatment
• Preparing treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments
• Sterilizing instruments following OSHA and infection control standards
• Taking digital X-rays intraoral scans photographs and impressions
• Entering accurate clinical notes into patient records
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Fabricating Essix retainers and assisting with basic laboratory duties
• Preparing and tracking laboratory cases
• Keeping operatories clean organized and patient-ready

Were searching for individuals who are:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Passionate about patient care
• Reliable with strong attendance
• Positive coachable and eager to learn
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communicators with a professional attitude

• At least 6 months of experience in a dental office or healthcare setting
• Orthodontic experience is a plusbut not required
• Experience with digital scanners is a plus

No Dental Assistant license No problem! If youre motivated and ready to learn well provide the training and support to help you succeed.
