We run a modern fully digital practice AI-assisted diagnostics 3D imaging intraoral cameras the good tech with a team that actually has a personality. High standards zero stuffiness.

What the role actually looks like

• Chairside assisting across general and surgical procedures youre the doctors right hand
• Operatory setup sterilization and keeping the clinical day moving
• Digital x-rays and intraoral imaging (well support your certification if youre working toward it)
• Making patients feel safe informed and genuinely cared for
• Working shoulder-to-shoulder with hygienists doctors and the front office as one team

Where it can go

Strong assistants here grow into Lead Dental Assistant Treatment Coordinator or clinical-trainer roles. We promote from within your next step is real.

What were looking for

• Warm steady and quick on your feet
• Chairside experience helpful; NYS radiology / X-ray certification a plus (well help you get there)
• Comfortable with digital workflows and learning new tech fast
• A team player who takes pride in a clean calm well-run operatory
• Dental experience preferred but the right attitude can be trained

Compensation & benefits

• $20$27/hour based on experience and certifications
