Demand Planning Project Execution Lead

Role Overview

The Demand Planning Project Execution Lead is responsible for executing individual Demand Planning projects from initiation through implementation. This role is highly execution-focused and accountable for managing project plans coordinating activities driving action completion and ensuring project deliverables are achieved.

The role does not own Demand Planning operations or forecasting activities. Instead it ensures projects designed to improve those functions are successfully delivered.

This is a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Build and maintain detailed project plans.
• Coordinate project workstreams and activities.
• Track milestones deliverables and dependencies.
• Manage project schedules and action registers.

Execution Management

• Drive completion of assigned project activities.
• Coordinate project meetings and working sessions.
• Follow up on commitments and deliverables.
• Ensure project tasks remain on schedule.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with Demand Planning leaders and SMEs.
• Coordinate project resources and business participation.
• Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify project risks and mitigation plans.
• Escalate critical issues.
• Maintain project health reporting.

Success Metrics

• Project milestone achievement
• Schedule adherence
• Stakeholder engagement
• Quality of implementation
• Successful project handoff to operations

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105000-$120000 bonus benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. At Novolex it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
