Demand Planning Intern Summer 2027

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Demand Planning Intern to support our dynamic supply chain team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our demand forecasting processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support demand planning activities by helping collect organize and analyze sales data market trends and customer forecasts.
• Assist in building forecasting models using traditional Statistics Machine learning and AI techniques
• Develop KPIs and analytical tools to identify demand patterns anomalies risks and opportunities.
• Learn and apply NXPs demand planning systems and software with training and support from the team.

Job Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Masters or PHD degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Economics Industrial Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
• Experience with data science programming languages (Python R) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
