About the job:-
Position: Delivery Manager
Duties:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end technology projectsincluding software implementation infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation initiativesensuring on-time within-scope and on-budget delivery.
- Develop detailed project charters work plans and risk mitigation strategies to manage dependencies technical challenges and resource allocation effectively.
- Direct cross-functional teams of software engineers business analysts and vendors in the design development and deployment of enterprise technology solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships contracts and performance metrics to ensure alignment with technical specifications SLAs and compliance standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate project governance meetings and technical status reviews ensuring transparency accountability and alignment with IT and business stakeholders.
- Implement project management best practices leveraging tools such as Microsoft Project Jira or Azure DevOps to track deliverables milestones and KPIs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT leadership end-users and external partners providing progress updates risk assessments and strategic recommendations.
- Lead post-implementation evaluations to assess system performance identify process improvements and inform future technology initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering (any branch) Information Technology Systems/Technology Management or Computer/Management Information Systems plus five (5) years of experience as Software Engineer Software Developer Computer Systems/Application Analyst Project Manager Delivery Manager or related position. Foreign education equivalent accepted.

Offered Wage: $131456.00 per year insurance (medical dental and vision) short & long term disability PTO (flexible time off) 401K and HSA.
