- Client Project Mgt tools and capabilities. Excellent leadership communication influencing skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality/timelines. Excellent analytical and presentation skills. Good with Budget management.
- Analytical skills Great communication skills MS Power point Excel Word Teams. Ability to track status and deliverables. Assist in Managing schedules various timelines (project deliverable events etc)
- Establishes the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders.
- Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations as well as Compliance and Risk Coordinates and facilitates the program routines for example: project kick-off status reviews stakeholder/steerco meetings change controls tollgates etc.
- Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
- Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline.
- Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal.
- Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes delivery risks/issues and schedule.
- Ensures the execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
- Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership.
- Manages the financials and assists with resource planning for the program.
- Provided input to define/improve the Change Management
