Rock Group 182 is hiring delivery drivers for FedEx Ground routes in the Nashville area. The routes cover about 100 miles per day and pay is $180 per day paid weekly. This is a non-CDL position; a valid F endorsement is required and the company will cover the cost of obtaining it.

The terminal is at 100 FedEx Way in Mount Juliet Tennessee serving the Nashville area. Rock Group 182 operates mixed routes using P1200 delivery vehicles. Drivers receive five days of paid training at $125 per day.

The Job
Youll deliver FedEx Ground packages on mixed routes in the Nashville area driving about 100 miles per day. The work includes loading and unloading packages frequent bending and lifting and getting in and out of the delivery vehicle throughout the day. Routes average 9 hours and continue until all packages are delivered.
Youll operate a company-provided vehicle and follow traffic laws and delivery procedures. The company will pay for you to obtain the required F endorsement.
Compensation
- Starting pay: $180 per day
- Pay structure: Flat daily rate
- Training pay: $125 per day for 5 days
- Stop incentive: $1 for each delivery stop over 120 stops
- Sign-on bonus: $500 ($300 after 45 days and $200 after 90 days of employment)
- Pay frequency: Weekly
- Expected weekly pay: $900 (5-day schedule)

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- F endorsement required; the company will cover the cost of obtaining it
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs and frequently bend lift and maneuver in and out of the delivery vehicle with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior courier experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively

Schedule
Five days per week MondayFriday or TuesdaySaturday.
Routes start at 7:30 AM and continue until all packages are delivered; the average workday is 9 hours.
