Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience OR
Masters degree or PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience OR
High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience
Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience in systems engineering and technical consulting for high-availability platforms
Background in geo-visualization tools geo-informational systems or related technologies
Expertise in gathering documenting and validating technical requirements
Ability to provide actionable recommendations for system architecture scalability and reliability
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and multi-organizational collaboration
Proven communication skills for stakeholder engagement

Target Salary Range
$146000 - $234000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
