Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improving user experience in decentralized finance platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centric solutions.

- Analyze user feedback and behavior to provide actionable insights for product enhancement.

- Create user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to visualize design concepts.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX research and design.

- Present research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Requirements & Skills:

- Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable design improvements.

- Experience with UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Solid understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance concepts.
