Job Summary

Great company looking for a Default Specialist withexpertise in client services to join a rapidly expanding division. Default Specialist must have overall knowledge of Default Recovery Collections Mortgage Loan Servicing and Short Sale Processes possess expert knowledge of transactional documentation standards and have the ability to apply standard in non-standard situations.

Default Specialist Responsibilities:

Default Specialist is responsible for short sale negotiations.
Analyze all pertinent documentation and correspond with the proper parties (client borrower realto.).
Resolve short sale discrepancies according to internal client and/or investor guidelines.
Analyze and understand credit bureau information collateral valuation reports tax returns financial statements HOA/Association documents Residential loan applications Real Estate sales contracts appraisals and other short sale supporting documentation to verify customer financial and property data.
Adhere to internal guidelines and external investor insurer requirements.

Default Specialist Requirements:

Overall knowledge of Default Recovery Collections Mortgage Loan Servicing and Short Sale Processes
Knowledge of real-estate transaction from listing of properties through closing of residential properties
Expert knowledge of transactional documentation standards and ability to apply standard in non-standard situations.
Ability to operate in an environment with tight deadlines and strict standards.
Proficient in utilizing computer software and systems sufficient to manage spreadsheet documents and search engines.
Expert in applying company and related legal and statutory requirements related to property search.
