This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with precision tools and equipment maintaining quality standards and contributing to the success of daily production operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload workpieces onto grinding and deburring equipment.
• Inspect workpieces for defects irregularities and imperfections prior to and during processing.
• Measure and mark materials to ensure proper dimensions specifications and tolerances are achieved.
• Perform grinding and deburring operations to remove excess material and create a smooth quality finish.
• Clean and prepare cores and metal components for production and finishing processes.
• Band organize and prepare finished metal products for movement and shipment.
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and product quality.
• Utilize precision measuring tools and instruments to verify finished dimensions.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures quality standards and production requirements.
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a Deburr Technician Grinder or in a similar manufacturing or fabrication role preferred but not required
• Knowledge of grinding techniques finishing methods and related equipment.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality inspection procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements including drug screening and background checks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand bend and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to safely lift move and handle heavy workpieces and materials.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to metal dust noise and production equipment.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks throughout the workday.
