Position Criteria:

• Demonstrate aptitude for performing tasks listed
• Must exhibit ethical practices and be a role model to students.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Performance Criteria:

• Access and operate within the guidelines of the National Speech and Debate Association to create student accounts keep track of points access resources for students and to locate topics for public forum debate.
• Recruit judges as needed.
• Access Tabroom to register for tournaments.
• Coordinate transportation needs of students to competitions.
• Coordinate the payment of appropriate dues and local fees to the National Speech and Debate Association as needed.
• Help students find/create speech pieces for competition that adhere to the standards and guidelines of the NSDA.
• Hold practice every week to ensure students are prepared for competition during competition season.
• Attend competitions throughout the season- judging may be required during competition.
