Job Title: IT Business Analyst - Hybrid

Job Description:
As an IT Business Analyst you will serve as a strategic liaison between business units and IT teams translating complex business needs into actionable technical solutions. You will lead requirements gathering documentation and solution alignment for enterprise systems while supporting implementation testing and process optimization to drive operational efficiency and enhance system adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement elicitation through workshops interviews and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Analyze and document business functional and technical requirements.
• Develop user stories use cases process flows and data models.
• Participate in solution design to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with project managers and technical teams on planning scope and delivery.
• Define and coordinate User Acceptance Testing strategies and execution.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support for enterprise business applications.
• Develop training materials and support user adoption and enablement efforts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend optimized solutions.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Bachelors degree in Business IT Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business or systems analysis.
• Strong experience working across SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Advanced analytical skills to translate complex business needs into structured requirements.
• Experience with SQL or data analysis tools for reporting and validation.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira Confluence Miro or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting testing activities including UAT coordination.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
• Experience working in Agile environments as a Product Owner or Scrum team member.
• Experience driving process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
