Customer Service Sales Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a confident motivated individual who is able to handle the fast paced environment of office phone sales for new and existing customers. Candidate should be ambitious and eager to learn have a great phone presence with exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.

This position is comprised of 60% general administrative work and 40% inside phone sales. Please apply only if you are willing and able to sell product over the phone.

Responsibilities

Present promote and sell products to new and existing customers over the phone

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Supply management with reports on customer needs problems interests competitive activities and potential for new products and services

Requirements

Highly motivated and target driven

Excellent persuasion communication and negotiation skills

Bilingual Arabic speakers preferred but not required

Prioritization precision time management and organizational skills

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Basic computer skills with proprietary programs to be taught

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

Solves problems effectively

Works well in a team
