BRECOflex is looking for a reliable hardworkingPart-Time Day Porter to help keep our facility clean safe organized and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.

In this hands-on role you will support both our manufacturing and office areas by maintaining a clean and professional workplace for employees and visitors.

Schedule: 7:00am-11:30am Mon-Fri

What Youll Do

• Clean and maintain manufacturing office cafeteria and restroom areas.
• Empty trash recycling containers and dumpsters throughout the facility.
• Sweep mop vacuum and operate floor-cleaning equipment as needed.
• Assist with general housekeeping and facility organization projects.
• Move materials supplies office furniture and equipment as needed.
• Restock cleaning supplies paper products and other facility inventory.
• Perform basic light maintenance tasks such as changing batteries and light bulbs.
• Assist with meeting event and company activity setup and breakdown.
• Perform filter changes on cafeteria appliances.
• Assist with snow and ice removal during the winter months.
• Identify and report maintenance safety or housekeeping concerns.
• Learn to safely operate a forklift company training provided!
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in janitorial porter facilities housekeeping or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Someone who is dependable punctual and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Physical Requirements

This is an active hands-on position. Candidates should be able to:

• Stand walk bend and stoop throughout the workday.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Push pull and move carts pallets and cleaning equipment.
• Work in a manufacturing and office environment with exposure to varying temperatures dust noise and cleaning chemicals.
