Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills training experience education and where applicable certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Analyzes business data to identify trends answer key questions and measure the impact of strategic initiatives. They provide the actionable insights and data-driven stories that help leaders make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Performs ad-hoc analysis to identify the root cause of trends in business performance
- Develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with business stakeholders
- Communicates findings and recommendations to business leaders through data visualizations and reports
- Writes code to transform raw data into clean structured and reliable data sets for analysis
- Builds and maintains automated business intelligence dashboards and reports
- Documents data sources models and metrics to maintain a trustworthy data ecosystem
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role. Foundational skills in statistics SQL and a programming language like Python or R are required
- An advanced degree can often substitute for 1-2 years of work experience
Knowledge:
- Foundational knowledge of statistics probability and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the business;
- Foundational knowledge of data warehousing concepts (e.g. dimensional modeling) and BI tools (e.g. Looker Tableau PowerBI)
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation and Python or R for statistical analysis
- Ability to communicate findings clearly through data visualization and written reports
