Data Scientist (Exploitation Specialist)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist to perform advanced data analysis using statistical and quantitative methods develop impactful visualizations to support decision-making and create software solutions to monitor and manage data pipeline tasks. This role requires a strong technical background in data manipulation AI/ML technologies and database systems paired with the ability to generate actionable insights from complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis using statistical and quantitative methods to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop visualizations to communicate analytical results effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Design and implement software solutions to monitor and manage data pipeline tasks.
• Work with diverse file types including geospatial formats JSON XML and others to process and analyze data.
• Perform data manipulation extract-transform-load (ETL) processes and utilize database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Leverage AI/ML technologies to drive innovation and solve complex data challenges.

• TS/SCI with CI Poly Eligibility
• Experience working with AI/ML technologies and data systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with multiple file types including geospatial formats JSON XML etc.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis visualization development and processing complex data to produce actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with data manipulation and ETL procedures.
• Working knowledge of database technologies including SQL and NoSQL.
• Development experience in Python and other programming languages for data cleaning and manipulation.

Desired:

• Experience applying Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms to extract data from documents.
• Familiarity with enterprise Computer Vision applications automated data collection reporting and data standardization best practices.
• Expertise in math statistics and quantitative analysis with experience in techniques such as classification regression clustering data reduction and causal modeling.

Work Environment:

• Moderate noise ( office with computersphoneand printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield large equipment).

• Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

• Salary at Avalore is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combinaition of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
• Salary estimates for this job range from $175000 - $210000.
