Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Records Clerk to maintain update organize and verify company records and databases. The position involves accurate data entry electronic file management document processing and general administrative support while working remotely.
- Enter and update information accurately in databases and electronic record systems.
- Review records for accuracy completeness and consistency.
- Maintain and organize electronic files and documentation.
- Retrieve records and information when requested.
- Process forms reports correspondence and other documents.
- Identify duplicate incomplete or inaccurate records and make corrections.
- Perform routine data verification and quality-control checks.
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
- Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets.
- Respond to routine administrative requests by email or online communication tools.
- Follow company procedures for record retention and document management.
- Meet established accuracy productivity and deadline requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous records data-entry administrative or clerical experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel or Google Workspace.
- Strong computer and typing skills.

Required Skills:
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data identify trends and support decision-making. Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather document and translate client needs into clear actionable specifications. Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map assess and optimize workflows especially in sales and operations environments. Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders lead discussions and present findings in a clear concise manner. Experience working with small or growing businesses especially in consulting or professional services is beneficial. Proficiency with common business productivity tools and data analysis software is preferred. Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in Charlotte NC and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and outcomes.
