Job Summary

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized detail-oriented and dependable Data Quality & Administrative Specialist to support our remote administrative and data-management operations.

This position is responsible for reviewing entering updating verifying and maintaining business information while ensuring records meet established standards for accuracy completeness and consistency. The role also provides general administrative support including document management spreadsheet maintenance reporting recordkeeping and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Data Quality and Verification
  • Review business records for accuracy completeness and consistency.

  • Verify information against approved source documents.

  • Identify missing duplicate outdated incorrectly formatted or conflicting information.

  • Correct authorized errors according to established procedures.

  • Escalate significant discrepancies when additional review is required.

  • Perform routine quality-control checks on databases and spreadsheets.

  • Ensure required fields and supporting documentation are complete.

  • Review recently updated records to confirm changes were processed correctly.

  • Maintain documentation of significant corrections when required.

  • Support ongoing efforts to improve overall data quality.

Data Entry and Record Maintenance
  • Enter and update information in company databases spreadsheets and internal systems.

  • Process information from forms reports electronic documents and other approved sources.

  • Maintain accurate customer vendor administrative or operational records.

  • Update existing records when new information becomes available.

  • Perform routine database cleanup and maintenance.

  • Maintain consistent formatting and naming standards.

Administrative Support
