CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Data Modeler:
- Five years of experience in data modeling data management data transformation metadata and reference data management and business intelligence tools in medium to large complex environments.
- Five years of experience with advanced SQL server technologies (SQL Server 2008 and above).
- Five years of experience developing Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) and On-Line Analysis Processing (OLAP) databases.
- Five years of experience with data warehousing / business intelligence technologies.
- Five years of experience with Integration Services Analysis Services and Reporting Services.
- Five years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) support tools and techniques.
- Five years of experience working with Dimensional Modeling techniques and practices (data cubes star schema snowflake schema).
- Two years of experience developing using XML HL7 Schematron JSON and XPath.
- Two years of experience using medical data standards (ICD10/SNOMED/RxNorm).
- Two years of experience developing reports using SAS/SPSS.
- Two years of experience with state government change management and security standards.
