Welo Data is hiring a Data Labeling Associate (Tamil) to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems.
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Employment Type: W2 Full-Time Employee
Duration: 1-year contract (extension possible)
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated content and provide quality feedback.
- Review model performance identify errors patterns and edge cases.
- Apply evaluation guidelines and contribute to process improvements.
- Document findings and communicate insights with stakeholders.
Requirements
Native-level Tamil proficiency
Bachelors degree or higher
B2 English proficiency
1-2 years of professional writing experience
2 years of experience related to GenAI safety data quality QA annotation or analysis preferred
Strong critical thinking communication and attention to detail
Important
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship).
- This is a 100% onsite role. Candidates must live in or be able to commute to one of the listed locations.
