Job Summary

Executive Parking Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support its parking management valet operations and administrative teams. The role will be responsible for accurately entering updating verifying and maintaining operational and business information. ParkEPS provides valet parking parking management consulting security and related services for hospitality residential commercial and event clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update customer employee client parking and operational information in company systems.
  • Review records for accuracy completeness and consistency.
  • Process information from forms reports invoices schedules and other business documents.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records spreadsheets and databases.
  • Identify missing duplicate or incorrect information and make necessary corrections.
  • Assist with maintaining employee schedules staffing records and operational documentation.
  • Update client and location information as needed.
  • Compile data and prepare routine reports for management.
  • Assist with tracking parking operations service activity and administrative information.
  • Coordinate with operations management and administrative teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain electronic documents for easy retrieval.
  • Handle confidential employee client and business information appropriately.
  • Complete assigned data-entry and administrative tasks within established deadlines.
  • Provide general administrative support when needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in data entry administrative support records management or a related position preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good typing and computer skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel Google Workspace and database systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in parking management hospitality property management or a service-oriented business is a plus.
