Job Summary
Sunrift is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support its retail and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering updating verifying and maintaining product customer order and inventory information. This remote position requires strong attention to detail dependable communication and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer product order and inventory information in company systems.
- Review records for accuracy completeness and consistency.
- Verify information across invoices order forms spreadsheets and internal databases.
- Maintain accurate digital records and organize electronic documents.
- Process product and order information in a timely manner.
- Identify duplicate missing or incorrect information and make necessary corrections.
- Assist with maintaining inventory and product databases.
- Update spreadsheets and prepare basic reports for internal teams.
- Coordinate with sales customer service inventory and fulfillment teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and business information.
- Complete assigned administrative tasks while meeting established deadlines.
- Communicate regularly with team members while working in a remote environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in data entry administrative support order processing or retail operations preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong typing and computer skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace spreadsheets and database systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with outdoor recreation sporting goods or specialty retail is a plus.
