Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into our systems and maintaining our companys databases. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inputting data from various sources into our companys databases

- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entry

- Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files

- Conducting regular data quality checks to identify and correct any errors

- Generating reports and providing data analysis as needed

- Collaborating with team members to ensure data is consistent and up-to-date

- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
