DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

As we continue to grow we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Data Entry Specialist you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and managing large amounts of data into our systems. You will work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure that all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter data into our systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Verify and correct any data discrepancies

- Maintain and update databases with new information

- Generate reports and analyze data for accuracy and completeness

- Work closely with sales and production teams to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner

- Identify and suggest improvements to data management processes

- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information

- Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required
