Data Entry Specialist

Amend Treatment is a residential mental health treatment organization based in Malibu California. We provide personalized evidence-based care for adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring challenges focusing on individualized treatment therapy and long-term recovery in a supportive residential environment.

• Accurately entering data into electronic systems and databases
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Organizing and maintaining files and records
• Assisting with data verification and cleanup
• Responding to data inquiries and requests
• Collaborating with team members to improve data management processes
• Adhering to data entry policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office and data management software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry
• Experience working in a healthcare or mental health setting is a plus

• Minimum Salary: $25 per hour
• Maximum Salary: $30 per hour
