DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

Job Overview:

As a Data Entry Specialist you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. This role requires attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data accuracy and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter data from various sources into our database

- Verify accuracy and completeness of data

- Maintain and update databases as needed

- Generate and analyze reports

- Work closely with other team members to ensure data integrity

- Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors

- Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and management

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with automotive industry and parts is a plus

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position 40 hours per week

- Monday-Friday schedule with occasional overtime as needed

- Fast-paced office environment

- Ability to sit for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks

- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
