POSITION SUMMARY:The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for data entry of Hattiesburg Clinic physicians charges special billing charges and payments in the practice management system. The Data Entry Specialist must also organize and upload all billing correspondence into appropriate & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent requiredQUALIFICATIONS:Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fastpaced highpressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable punctual and highly detailorientedStrong multitasking and independentwork capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyMust be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Teams Word Excel and PowerPointWORK SCHEDULE: Monday Friday 8:00AM 5:00PM
