Key Objectives
Accurately input and update data into organizational databases and systems.
Maintain data quality by verifying and correcting information as needed.
Support various departments by providing timely and reliable data entry services.
Assist in generating reports and summaries to aid decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
Enter and update data from various sources into electronic systems with high accuracy.
Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
Organize and maintain paper and electronic files to ensure easy retrieval.
Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data collection procedures.
Assist in preparing routine and ad hoc reports as requested by management.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with organizational policies.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support organizational operations.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferably within nonprofit or similar sectors.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and familiarity with database software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
