Responsibilities
- Accurately input update and manage complex financial data within proprietary systems and spreadsheet tools.
- Perform regular audits of existing records to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors promptly.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing archives to ensure swift and seamless information retrieval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify data integrity and resolve any reporting-related issues.
- Adhere strictly to all confidentiality policies and regulatory requirements specific to the financial industry.
- Generate routine reports and assist in the development of detailed financial documentation.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in data entry records management or a similar administrative role within the financial sector.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with sensitive data environments.
- Proficiency in data entry software the Microsoft Office Suite and various database management platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to precision and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated history of handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced dynamic setting.
