Responsibilities
  • Accurately input update and manage complex financial data within proprietary systems and spreadsheet tools.
  • Perform regular audits of existing records to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors promptly.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing archives to ensure swift and seamless information retrieval.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify data integrity and resolve any reporting-related issues.
  • Adhere strictly to all confidentiality policies and regulatory requirements specific to the financial industry.
  • Generate routine reports and assist in the development of detailed financial documentation.
Requirements
  • Proven professional experience in data entry records management or a similar administrative role within the financial sector.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with sensitive data environments.
  • Proficiency in data entry software the Microsoft Office Suite and various database management platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to precision and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated history of handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
