We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our computer systems and maintaining accurate records of all information.

Key Responsibilities:

Input and update data into our computer systems accurately and efficiently

Verify and correct any discrepancies in data

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all data entered

Prepare and sort documents for data entry

Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports as needed

Organize and maintain physical and digital files

Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role

Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
