Job Summary
Data Entry experience needed to be considered for this position
Monday thru Friday: 8:00am-5:30pm
As a data entry clerk your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
**Primary Duties (approx. 90% Office/Computer Work):**
- Data entry for sales orders going out same day or in the future
- Building parts on demand for outgoing sales orders
- Waving orders in the system and distributing pick lists to warehouse pickers
- Data entry and coordination for outbound freight/trucks (LTL and freight shipments)
- Preparing shipping documentation including labels and Bills of Lading (BOL) for pallets
- Forecasting and planning for next-day operations
**Secondary Duties (approx. 10% Warehouse Floor):**
- Occasional time on the warehouse floor to support operations during slower periods
- Minimal physical labor may occasionally operate a pallet jack when on the floor
- Overall this is primarily an office-based computer-focused role. The floor time is limited and does not involve heavy physical labor.
Must have the following skills:
- Excel Computer Tech Savy
- Attention to detail is a must
